Original Invoice sat having sat on the July invoice. The original intention was get my pay rise pushed through in July so I could save enough cash to buy a flat in 3 months (i.e. end of Sept) where the bank can see a clear cut paper trail. JE is massively underpaid at £2000pcm, so wanted to get bumped up to £6000pcm at least for a few months to get a deposit, given programmers in London tend to earn closer to that.

This did not happen and therefore when it got to the end of Aug JE started to loose his tether over this as GB was using the accounts the excuse. JE found this unacceptable because the accounts where supposed to be due back in April 2018. JE put a £6K invoice for July 2018 on the 30th Aug.

GB telling the accountants to leave it until next week massively pissed off JE who had gone without pay for 2 months. JE called the accountants and reprimanded that £5200 get paid now. The double standards of GB raising his own invoice, and self approving it by using AV's login (this was found out by the fact the same IP was used for both AV and GB despite AV being out of the country).

Reluctantly GB part approved JE's invoice, but further decided to add fuel to the fire through an antognosing long email "with a little less respect email". 

A LITTLE LESS REPSECT: 

* GB has not been able to save the company £400K. We have a £260K corp tax bill and £140K VAT bill due, from estimates given by PJM. GB trying to avoid tax for all of this is effectively is him admitting trying to cook the books. 
* GB tred to claim AV approved this. (the lame "proof" of this was an audio recording, probably made in retrospect to the event)
* The sarcastic "thanks" given highlighted a PJM invoice, that was addressed to JET. Instead of it being approved by the company (i.e. mix of JE / AH and then GB / AV in front of PJM) it was sat on and then paid 2 months late by GB (via GCV). GB then proceeded to credit GCV for this money circumventing the approval process yet again.
* GB presenting that invoice proved that the accounts had been done in early April. However no one other than GB had been privy to them. On a number of occasions JE had tried to talk to Neil Cameron and other from PJM over this but was greated with a dead end. However Albie and Neil had admitted these had been done concurrent to the invoice.
* GB wanted to try and highlight that JE had broken approval process (probably in relation to the £13K bonus from 2017. This was taken in June 2018 6 months after everyone else and had verbal approval from GB). JE raised this with urgancy because of the fallout relating to SP / MP and GB back on the 25th June, so that SP would avoid bankruptcy. Otherwise GB would have willingly let SP go bankrupt. 
* Whilst JE is supposed to deal with IT, JE has been dragged into a number of legal matters due his historic understanding and knowledge of the business.      
* GB was trying question JE over £250 / month which was madness in light of the 6 figure sum of money GB had funnelled away. JE later gave Monese statements and Monzo statements to prove these were for expenses and not for personal use.
* Most of my expnse account was for business related costs (namely the unused 1080 office, ECB broadcasts and other stuff that needed a card because Metro didn't give us a card initially). Very little was used for food, and JE had kept these low by opting to eat from the supermatket in nearly all instances. The only expcetions here were when takeaway was brough for the US team when JE worked late.
* Even with £13K bonus JE's pay is relatively low.


AUBREY REPLY:

AH was drunk when this was sent, however the points raised are valid. None of the points in GB's prior email served any purpose other than to aggrivate or "point score".

JE 15:36 REPLY 1:

* Wanted to bring email topic back on point, GB was just muddying the water with side topics
* Highlighted GB had clearly violated the payment protocol

A key point of JE's original directorship was to difuse the attention away from GB when the company was recsued from Sonny and Ranvir. The logic was that if they were going to sue the company, it would be better that it was held by JE who had no assets and therefore this would diffuse / deter Sonny / Ranvir from litigation. JE felt that GB had abused this by purposefully being tardy with accounts as it wasn't GB's name on the tin so to speak. JE was worried that this had got so bad Companies House and the tax man were threatening criminal litigation just as JE was trying to get on the property ladder.

JE reiterated the fall out from MP / SP and GB at the end of June. Je being a nominee / temp director & shareholder was done on an "on trust" basis that JE would be best served to represent the interests of all stakeholders. The conflict from late June made it impossible for JE to remain impartial. 

JE was reluctant to surrender PROOF details given GB had abused these previously. JE concerned that GB would use this to submit fudged accounts such that it would then have JE's digital signature tied to it. It was one key reason JE resigned from JET Services.

JE REPLY 2:

* Clarifies all expense money has been legit.
* £800 diffrence between invoices GB wanted to "bring up next week" originally, yet now wants to question JE it about it. Nothing like having your cake and eating it!
* JE used to stay at GB's from June 2016 to June 2018. No contract existed, but JE would invoice £600pcm to cover for the room at GB's which otherwise would be privately rented. JE stopped paying this in Aug 2017, but GB never chased this because it was recognised JE was underpaid. Back in July 2018 it was agreed this would pay the upcoming tax bill as these figures matched. JE was on £30K/pa PAYE at RAN just before, so the extra £6-7K could be used to offset this.
* GB had changed the locks at the end of June 2018 with a lot of JE's belongings in the house after the fall out. As a result the rent money was getting used again to pay for a room in Ealing. JE made a point of being locked out. This would have annoyed GB that he was humilated publicly for this.
* JE highlights that GB's failure to approve PJM's accounts has put JE at risk of criminal charges. It shows that Albie from PJM informally told GB that RAN VAT money would be needed to pay the JET VAT bill (rather than waste it gambling trying to buy LiveSquawk
* JE points out AV not approving with "Schrodinger" remark that Voce can't be on holiday yet be at GB's house at the same time.
* JE highlights 300-400K from RAN Ltd went out at the end of 2017 and JET in Feb 2018 and then again circa £120K via Stuart Pettman in July 2018. This money has gone to GCV a non VAT registered entity. The way this money has been drawn out of the company is effectively fraud on two scales. Firstly it's prevented the company paying tax bills and thus put JE in firing line regarding a tax investigation. Secondly, it's defrauding other shareholders of RAN (who are effective shareholder of JET).

Clearly side messge to make it clear to GB not to bully or intimadate people who have worked tirelessly to help him. Interestingly GB realised that it was best not to reply.

RESIGNATION EMAIL CHAIN:

This reply served to do numerous things, mostly highlighting that GB is acting as a shadow director.

* Turn round the the questions surrounding JE's resignation to highlight that GB was the only person who'd previously had auth and PROOF codes. These were ordered to PJM's address and forwarded to GB by PJM without JE realsing or any approval from JE. GB's confusion hre further illustrates GB's shadow directing. This also coincides with calls made with MP and AH at hte end of June where GB admits the new directors are acting on behalf of them.
* Highlight GB had previously resigned Adam Linton from RAN without due approval. JE had since got auth codes from CH following the dispute from 26th June, but was not going to let GB know this. Instead JE pointed out he resigned to avoid the same confusion that happened with Adam Linton. 
* GB was told on 20th Aug (Find recording) that I would resign from JET Services. I further highlight both Ivaylo and Williams are effectively GB so there is little need for them to know GB is the real decision maker. Phone calls with AH further highlight the desire by GB to sack JE
