Note that Mr Dimitrov's signature in the GCV document dated 13th Aug 2016 should be a witnessed wet signature. However it's been taken from the Driving License as it's exactly the same.

Mr Busfield's wet signature is also the same as ones used in numerous other documents so I do not believe it was witnessed. See RW and GB's signature in "2=GCV to JE Unlawful StatDemand Reply" at the bottom of page 4
